1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on products within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Products that are damaged, worn, or altered are not eligible for returns.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@motopic.xyz or call 201-788-7226. Provide your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the return process and provide the necessary instructions for shipping your items back to us.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns or refunds, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Sale or clearance items
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process, and we will assist you in finding the right replacement. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
6. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is defective or we made an error in fulfilling your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@motopic.xyz with your order number and photos of the damaged product. We will offer a full refund or replacement, including return shipping costs, for items that are defective or damaged during shipping.
