Orders placed on MOTOPIC will be processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next available business day.

Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and the delivery location. Estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to factors beyond our control, such as weather or carrier issues.
5. Domestic Shipping
We offer shipping within the United States. We use reliable carriers like USPS, FedEx, and UPS for delivery. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s status.
6. International Shipping
At this time, MOTOPIC ships only within the United States. We are working to expand our shipping capabilities and will notify customers once international shipping options are available.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your order during transit.
8. Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, MOTOPIC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or any other external factors. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for any delays.
